Usage

Errors

  • The log/error.log file has been split in weekly files.
  • They can be visualized in that screen
  • You can open the content of a file in a new tab, using the icon at the end of the name
  • You can just see the content of a file by clicking on its name
  • You can download in a zip file, one or multiple logs to send them to an iTop support provider
  • You can delete manually some old logs
  • error.log from before iTop 2.7 is not split by week but renamed into error.LEGACY.log

The setup.log is managed using the same logic as the error.log

Setup SQL queries

  • The Setup generates SQL queries which are stored in one file per Setup run.
  • Those files can be visualized, downloaded and deleted, as the error files

Log KPI

  • Each time you start the log KPI, it generates a separate file to store the results
  • Those KPI files can be visualized, downloaded and deleted, as the error files

Other logs

  • Extensions can bring their own logs
  • Those dedicated log files can be visualized, downloaded and deleted, as the errors files
